Cleveland Country Club Inc. was first established in 1924. It is a private non-profit organization intended for the sole purpose of providing a place for relaxation, socializing and recreation for its members and their guests. The club has 18 holes of championship golf, six asphalt tennis courts with practice wall, a competition size pool, clubhouse, locker room facilities, private rooms for meetings, banquets and parties, lounges, restaurants which serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and meals ranging from snacks to gourmet.

The original club was located on South Lee Highway on the property which is now occupied by Bradley High School. The club was relocated to it’s current location at 345 Kyle Lane, NW in 1969. The club recently went through a series of section by section major renovations, updating the facility and furnishings.

The first Cleveland Country Club Golf Professional was Charlie Walk, who was with the club through 1972. Hollis Marlow came to the club in February 1972 and was the Professional through August 1981. Joe Markham joined the club staff in 1973, and became the Golf Professional in September 1981 when HolIis Marlow retired. Joe Markham retired in 1999 at which time Keith Hight took over until 2003. PGA Golf Professional Lamar Mills is currently our Cleveland Country Golf Professional.
